Elite Managed Service Plan (EMSP): Includes virtually UNLIMITED onsite, remote, and proactive tech support, 24/7 server/workstation monitoring, hardware/software inventory, network/user management, anti-virus/anti-spyware coverage, anti-spam filtering, offsite data backup, and website hosting. With the Elite Managed Service Plan, you get virtually full-time support for less cost than a full-time IT Professional.

Remote Managed Service Plan (RMSP): Includes virtually UNLIMITED remote and proactive tech support, 24/7 server/workstation monitoring, hardware/software inventory, network/user management, anti-virus/anti-spyware coverage, anti-spam filtering, offsite data backup, and website hosting. With the Remote Managed Service Plan, GC Tech keeps your business up and running, so you can focus on what you do best.

Disaster Recovery Service: Includes a 2TB (at minimum) onsite storage server and image backups of managed servers/workstations for one low monthly fee. With the disaster recovery service, GC Tech can bring a server back online more quickly so you can get back to business!
